His experience extends to corporate strategy initiatives such as leading public engagement on infrastructure projects, hosting executive roundtables with industry and political leaders, and building coalitions to address critical issues such as anti-human trafficking through collaboration with state and local agencies. Additionally, Eric played a valued role in positioning and highlighting the state's diversity in the health sciences field to secure significant federal investments, further demonstrating his ability to align corporate goals with social impact and strategic growth.

Through his role as Director of Strategic Partnerships at 2Cimple, Eric has driven the development of Experience Nano, an AI-gamified platform that enables companies to meet net-zero carbon commitments by engaging employees and suppliers in reducing CO2 emissions. This cutting-edge sustainability tool reflects Herman Floyd Consulting’s broader commitment to harnessing technology and innovation to help clients achieve long-term environmental and social goals. Eric also played a pivotal role in securing over $2.5MM in Series A funding for 2Cimple.
